PF-40-D (Extruder)

These Munsch extruders are powered by a very rugged, high torque AC brushless motor with 37 fewer parts than the "brush" line. They are virtually maintenance free (No more damaged armatures) and very consistent with a high variable speed output and low overall weight.

This is German engineering at its finest. The PF-40-D is the mid sized model in this series delivering a higher material output while keeping the gun's size and weight down.

A powerful preheat with nozzle mounted heats the material in front of the shoe.

Super accurate temperature controls for both extrudate and air, self adjusting rod feed, and a high material output to weight ratio are ready to get to work for you.

Brushless extruders come with a power box and 30 feet of cord.
