Small doesn't mean weaker. The Micro Mouse can weld a wide range of plastics and a large assortment of thicknesses. The wedge is interchangeable so you can use copper or stainless steel depending on your material.

It's the lightest wedge welder in the world, but that doesn't mean it can't take a beating. Rugged to the core, this little guy can hold his own in any production environment.

The open style frame and retractable wedge make for easy loading which is a must when working with light weight material.

Easy operation electronics give you control of speed and temperature. With a simple thumb screw adjustment the material thickness can be changed.

Larger wheels for field operation and a specialized plate for in house high production welding are also available.
